Robotics Space Camp participants will be immersed in the hands-on exploration of robotics programming. The explorations are facilitated through the use of the LEGO® Education EV3 Robotics system.

This camp is a fun, fast-paced, engaging learning experience. Participants will learn how to program a robot to complete several missions such as launching a rocket, retrieving a moon rover, deploying a space station, and more. In addition to working with the robots, attendees will learn about the space program and how these situations occur similarly in real life.

Ideal participants will be ages 9-14 (or completing grades 4-8), able to work in a small group learning environment, and be able to follow directions.

Our camp consists of five 3-hour sessions which have been specifically designed to engage and excite young learners, and takes place at the Grand Dial Communications office just off 28th Street by I-96.Leading camp is Bryant Zimmerman, a LEGO® Education trainer, a FIRST® LEGO® League Jr. team coach, and FIRST® LEGO® League assistant coach, as well as President and CEO of Grand Dial Communications.

Online registration is limited to the first 12 qualified participants.
